Is there a way to get around giving 60 days notice?

Tough question! Maybe you could offer them some sort of service on the house you're renting, before giving it back to them... At least that would save you some money if they accept. That's just being very hopeful though, best thing to do is talk to management. Either way though you'll probably wind up paying another extra month. Hope I'm wrong for your sake.
